The only thing I feel is important enough to comment on is something that only impacts a small number of guests, but it could present an issue for them that could be serious. We had about 2-3 inches of snow the night we were there. My mother, who's in her 80s and has issues walking, parked in the handicapped area. Overall, the snow removal performed on property was adequate, save for the handicapped spaces. The snow should have been shoveled around those cars, for obvious reasons, but it wasn't.
I let the person at the desk know how this could be a serious issue, especially for someone in a wheelchair or using a walker or a cane. Thankfully I knew we were going to have snow and thought to take a shovel and a snow brush to clean our cars off. For regular parking areas, I don't expect snow to be shoveled around the cars. Handicapped and elderly people should be the exception. It's not only the right thing to do morally but also business-wise. One person falling and breaking a hip (or worse) would be horrible and it's easily avoided. Hopefully this comment and the one I made in person will change this in the future.
