We flew in at 1130 at night, no one was in the airport. Called at baggage claim and front desk said it would be 15-20 minutes. It was over an hour before the shuttle showed up. We saw a couple other hotel shuttles pass multiple times.

Enjoyable Stay
We came down from upstate New York for a celebration the breakfast was great turkey sausages eggs( scrambled omelet or boiled) Oatmeal cereal juice ,yogurt fruits. When I walked in the front door i smelt popcorn which was a special delight for the customers & some refreshing water .beds were comfortable staff polite not noisy at all they could use more parking space first come basics all other surrounding hotels won't see me ill be at the Fairfield

Unbelievable!!! Ridiculous!!
I specifically sent a message in advance that we had a late flight and wouldnโt need a shuttle from the airport to hotel. I received an email from hotel stating to call a specific number for pick up. When I called the number the front desk told me the shuttle could not pick us up. It was too late and hung up on me. I attempted to call back multiple times and they just kept forwarding my phone call to an automated operator. After an Uber ride, and I checked in, I informed the representative that I needed to be in contact with the manager to refund my Uber ride. He played dumb like he didnโt understand English. Iโm going to call the manager & corporate. Iโm a Marriott member and Iโm very displeased how this was handled!!
Good location for Laguardia travel. Very noisey air conditioner.
Staff were very professional and helpful.

it was an experience we don't want to remember.
there was no hot water in the room.
the elevators were not working. so it was very slow and you had to wait 10 minutes for only two floors. so we mostly had to use the narrow and hot stairs.
we were offered to move to a room with hot water and unfortunately the room had a bathroom full of hair. even one of the towels had hair in it. i don't even want to remember. it was very bad.

It was just ok, rooms were way small for 4 people. Beds were supposed to be queen not full beds. Transportation from airport was not available for us. Front desk did not know anything about sites in the city to go to

We had a good stay. Parking was limited so we chose to Uber. The ice machine was out of service on my floor. They were drying the hallway carpets with loud blower fans too. That went on until around 10 PM.
Could have been better.

We did get our room about 2pm but the beds are horrible, thereโs nothing really walking distance.
