Totally Unhelpful
When we arrived we were told there was no booking,
the front desk staff advised they tried to get hold of us but no call or email was received.
The mobile phone signal was poor and we needed to arrange alternative accommodation, I asked if I could use the phone and was told there was no outside line. I asked if I could use the WiFi , I was told there is no WiFi as I wasn't a guest.
The WorldMArk Havasu Dunes blamed Expedia/ but we had a confirmed booking and an itinerary number.
We were very disappointed as we had travelled a long way only to be met by totally unhelpful staff at the front desk.
If this was the welcome from the WorldMark Wyndham thank goodness they cancelled our booking.
