I booked this stay 5 months in advance. When i got there at 3:10 (check in is at 3), the man couldn't find my reservation. I had plans to be picked up at 4:20 by uber to take me to the concert we were going to. The man then said i could leave all my bags and stuff up front with him and get them later when the room was ready! I advised him that we needed to get ready for the concert and our stuff was in those bags. I think he realized we were getting annoyed when after 15mins, my room still wasn't ready and i began looking online for another hotel. He started scrambling quickly, and after another good 10-15mins, a room was ready for us on the top floor. We had 30mins to get ready, but we did it! The hotel is going through remodeling, and it looks nice, the parts that are completed, but it seems like the front desk worker needs to be updated because he had no idea what he was doing. And I'm not just saying that because of what happened with us, he had a family ahead of us and was having difficulties with their reservations as well.
