The service was not responsive when I tried to call ahead of time about a question I had about the servility deposit before I check in. The moment I checked in, it was just complete silence. It seemed as if the person at the front desk was not focused on the main task to check me in as if they continued on having a side conversation with their coworker.
I understand I was told I couldnโt check in until the recommended check in time, but by the time, I checked into my room, the room was cracked open, meaning the room must of been finished cleaning. The moment I walked in, the moment I sat my daughter down, not one, but both beds seemed to be as off they were both damped or covered in sweat.
Onto my stay, since it was a two day stay, with three people, I would think I should be provided three towels. I called room service, and they said they would have someone bring towels upstairs. We never received them when I called twice throughout the day.
When I spotted a worker on the floor that I thought knocked on my door, I asked if she was providing them towels. She said I would have to wait until housekeeping passes by. the housekeeping cart was near my room, but I never saw the housekeeper notified me with our towels .
The only thing I liked throughout our stay was breakfast. The employees that run the breakfast area understood hospitality. I was able to enjoy speaking to the staff there, and was able to be offered a togo bag to pack some milk provided @ the breakfast area.
