Basic but nice shower
Very good price and parking was brilliant. Nice guy on recption when I arrived but the lighting in the corridor outside my room did not come on unless I walked 2 rooms past it! Also the lobby light and main bathroom light in my room did not work. Although early evening I was nearly turned away in the restaurant! They assumed I wanted the carvery and were a bit unwelcoming at first. I was about to panic and drive off somewhere else when they said I could stay. Pub was noisy with large groups and families enjoying the carvery but i found the carvery smell unpleasant. Saying that my small fish and chops was very nice. Not sure why but the TV did not work at 6:00am but did at 8:00 am - wondered if they stopped the signal at night. All in all good for the price

The bedroom was clean and tidy. The bed was a super king size and was super comfortable. The pub was very nice and the bar and serving staff were very helpful, customer service was excellent.

Highly Questionable.
Unfortunately my stay if I wasn't with my Husband would have been unable to take place as the emergency calling aid for the disabled people wasn't even connected, hole's in walls and very unruly children, it's a stay that i would rather forget.

Booked this hotel for its location, but it wasn't a great stay. Police stormed into a room due to guests fighting at 2am and the pub closed at 8pm due to a lack of customers.

Stayed here while doing a course.
Well to be fair I did not stay there my son stayed there while he was on a training course and he had no complaints so I'm sure if there was anything he would have complained to me. He said the staff were very nice the room was good plenty fresh towels bed made every day plenty parking in the car park breakfast wasn't too bad it was a help yourself so believe me he probably did help himself. So as I say I did not stay but if you're waiting for him to give a review you'll have a long wait. I can't answer eco because I don't know anything about if it was eco-friendly.

Great location and comfortable!
Check in was a bit hit or miss, you had to call a number to get served, not good if your phone was out of battery etc. The room was decent sized, bed was very comfortable and clean! Bathroom was modern and there was clean towels. There was marks over the wall in the bedroom which could do with a paint over, amd needed more milk but was quiet and comfortable just what you are looking for! Breakfast was good, what would have made it better was if they replenished the pastries, basically we went at 9 stuff was half done, and not replensished. The staff arent the nicest, very like right what do you want ok bye. The women qith the blonde hair and blue top at breakfast works hard though. 20min drive to Manchester roughly (5miles), about same to trafford centre, free parking. Great overall for what wr needed it for.
