This was the worst hotel.
After checking out, I remembered that I had left my portable washlet (an electric device for washing your bottom when you go to the toilet) in the bathroom, so I went in 3 hours later and told the front desk, but they said they had thrown it away.
I had left my suitcase at the front desk when I checked out to go shopping, so I can't believe that the front desk clerk threw away my forgotten item, knowing that I would definitely come back. And what's more, it was a portable washlet, which is essential for Japanese people when traveling and when they go to the toilet.
And one more terrible thing.
Only cold water came out of the shower. The lowest temperature was 8 degrees. It was freezing.
I can't believe it.
The front desk clerk was also unfriendly, and I will never stay here again.
