We’ve stayed there twice before because of the location- right off the Interstate and lots of restaurants near by. This time the hotel was having Internet problem so keys to outside doors and room doors were intermittently working. The staff worked really hard to keep up with it and correct it. The other issue was a triple (albeit temporary) billing on my credit card for the two night stay. (Also a new daily hotel fee was added which began in March ; Hotels.com was obviously not aware of as my bill was more than they quoted). Again the Internet problem but the manager assured us all would be good once we checked out. They wouldn’t correct while I was at the front desk, which I wasn’t comfortable with it everything turned out fine and the stay was ok. The staff were very responsive to trying to get it all to work properly.
