Among all the hotels I've been to around the world, this hotel has the stiffest bed of all. It feels like you're sleeping on a cardboard box, or a stone bed that my grandfather used to sleep on.
The crews at the front dest/concierge was not that nice to be called a five star hotel. Some staffs were super nice, but some of them were treating me like I was bothering them with stupid questions or something.
It's overall a nice hotel, but the service and quality is not a five-star. Now I understand why they have relatively lower price among the five star hotels.
