The staff service is the worst, worse than 3 star
Out of everything, the staff service is the worst in this hotel. i called uber driver to get to place with my daughter, I was already late as the lift had issue and took unusually long time (very very old lift and you have to press all buttons either to go up/down as per hotelโs request) as I ran to my uber, the hotel staff stopped me getting into car and ask my roomnumber? Without giving him room number, I canโt use my uber i called! This is insane, i do not disclose my personal info for anyone unless I had used hotel service and leave the charge to my room! He didnt let me use my uber and I was already late, i had to give him my room number after all. I do feel extremely uncomfortable with such service they offer.
Many staff dont speak English well, many come across as quite rough in gesture and canโt believe this is the 5 star hotel.
The pool, i didnt know it was shared with Grand Hyatt hotel, but itโs not Shared, but rather I was feeling as if Im inferior as I do not stay in Grand Hyatt but was allowed to use the pool. I ordered the drinks but couldnโt put under the room charge, different from what I was informed.
The room condition, it has damp smell in general, they do not have conditioner but have body lotion next to shampoo in the bathtub?
Overall, if I have known this is the quality I get for what I have paid, I would never book this hotel. And will never book again.
