Terrible “help desk” Service. Worse Than a Motel 6
I have never experienced such awful customer service at a hotel. Both help desk attendants were beyond terrible—easily the worst service I’ve ever received, even compared to budget motels.
My key fob wasn’t working, so I went to the front desk for help. The attendant, who was wearing headphones and completely ignoring me, finally reprogrammed the key—but it didn’t work. I had to return five times, and he still didn’t acknowledge me, speak, or even look engaged. No apology, no explanation—just pure indifference.
The final time, instead of giving me a new key, he simply walked to my room, unlocked the door, and returned to the desk without saying a single word. No eye contact, no instructions, nothing. This was hands-down the laziest and most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered.
Avoid this place if you expect even basic customer service.
