2/10 Poor

Filthy and disgusting

This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen in my life. It smelled horrible, the carpet was filthy, and I’m pretty sure there were rodents. The floor was sticky in the kitchenette, as was the floor around the toilet. Awful. I would have left but we didn’t get in u til late and I had no choice.
Melissa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This was a good stay. Even though it was not a handicap room it still had grab bars at the toilet area and 1 in the shower. All hotels need to put in more handicap rooms and all need tall toilets. No one likes it sit on the floor!!!
Julene, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

So the pros of our stay, dog friendly and they did not over charge on the pet fees like so many do anymore. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. The cons: We were keep awake all night by pounding above us. There was a blood stain on the comforter The room smelled horrible The grounds were disgusting, trash all over. We never felt safe at all You could hear the door to the outside slamming all night. The room just did not feel clean. Maybe one of the worst stays I have had. Was not worth the price

Jamestown

Basically ‘ok’, nothing outstanding. Nowhere was info given about towel or bedding changes nor trash removal. I asked for trash to be removed from waste baskets and for towels to be exchanged. They were very pleasant about doing so. The room we stayed in was definitely showing age and in need of upgrades. The mattresses needed to be replaced.
Marianne, 4-night trip

When is breakfast served? No signs!

I've been staying at this hotel on and off over the past four years. In the past weekend breakfast was served from 6 to 10 am. However, during this last visit hotel staff removed the food and cleaned up beginning at 9:30 am. I looked for any signs indicating when breakfast was served, but could find nothing, anywhere. My daughter and I were lucky we came at 9, so we got food. Some other hotel guests were not as fortunate.
Cynthia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It was a pretty old and run down hotel. They have tried to do some updating but no elevator working, lock on our door was broken, general condition was fair a best.
Holly, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Party hotel not for me

Rooms had body sized holes in the wall. Ents were filthy, hot eat worked and breakfast was actually really good.

I stayed in a suite at this property and it was beautiful, clean, and enormous! Everything was newly updated/remodeled and I was very pleased with my room!
Abby, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel, very nice to have so many options inside one building. Pool area w/ hot tub, bar/restaurant all under one roof.
Joseph, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The wall heater would run for 20 seconds, kick off for 20 seconds and then do it again, all night
Edward, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Decent, but dated

The mattresses were quite old and a little lumpy. Breakfast was ok. Didn't have a chance to try the pool. Landline in our room did not work.
Charity, 2-night trip

Pit stop on the way to Red Lodge

Very nice updated hotel with comfortable beds. Also staff and was friendly and welcoming.
Jennifer, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Steer clear at all costs

150$ and some change for a terrible room. I’ve seen flea bag motel rooms cleaner and in better condition than this. Hardly anyone was speaking American English. You couldn’t talk to anyone at the front desk. You had to speak to a kiosk. The water smelled like sewage, my room was pretty much destroyed before I even got there. There was pubes in and on the tub. Sink was broken, shower walls were broken, the bedroom walls were destroyed, the shower wouldn’t come on all the way. The recliner was ruined. The ac unit smelled moldy. The only good part of this stay was the bar. Met some friendly people and the bartender Val was top notch as his job.
Anthony, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel went above and beyond expectations for us on our road trip. A fire alarm issue made things a little louder than expected. They immediately moved us to a room that was nice and quiet. Just what we needed after a long day on the road.
