Room smelled like body odor, no included breakfast
The room smelled like body odor and neither the hotel property details nor did any signs indicate the free breakfast closed at 9:30. We slept in and went down for breakfast at 9:35 and it was all cleaned up and put away, so we had to go drive somewhere and pay for breakfast that we essentially paid for but weren’t able to get.

Weekend family
Our stay was nice except for the group of kids running up snd down the hallway, knocking on doors and yelling. Also the noise from their room and the room over head had people running and jumping during the evening. There werent any towels in the pool area and then when some boight in they are so small, most people were taking 2 or 3 to get dried off before leaving the pool. Otherwise we do enjoy staying there as it is clean and comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, nice pool and hot tub even though no one could figure out how to restart the jets in the hot tub. Room was clean and modern (except for a couple dead flies on the window sill). Breakfast buffet was generous and well serviced. Queen beds were moderately firm with several fluffy pillows.

The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on. The pillows were terrible! Little balls of hard knotted fluff, it was a long night of listening to rude people on the third floor running up and down the hallway. We usually like staying here but will think twice before we ever stay here again.

The room was nice. It seemed clean, was spacious and allowed us more than enough room for us, our toddler, and the baby in the pack 'n play. The bathroom was clean, the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The furniture in the room was also quite comfortable. The elevators are at either end of the floor so that wasn't super convenient. Not a deal breaker though. For literally just sleeping overnight, it was worth the price.

Great night shift customer service and reception! Tamara was helpful and friendly! Facilities were nice, but the in room sofa smelled musty and nasty and day shift didn't even apologize when being informed at check out. Had to sleep on every spare blanket/sheet they had to tolerate the smell.
