Booked a room post hurricane, only to be told that there was no electricity so we couldn’t check in. I asked what would happen, since I had already paid for the room. I was told to contact Expedia and then they would call the hotel to verify, so I could get my money. However, when I followed those steps was I denied my refund. Also on an important note a worker from there told us that it was better that way, since they have bedbugs.
