Our stay at this hotel was underwhelming, to say the least. Despite requesting early check-in, our request was not honored, and there was minimal communication or transparency around the delay. The one bright spot was a gentleman at the front desk who was responsive, provided updates on our room status, and genuinely tried to make things right โ his effort is the only reason this isn't a lower rating.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell flat. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room had a very small television that couldnโt be viewed from both beds, which was inconvenient.
Outside the property, there was an excessive number of spiders, which made sitting or walking outside unpleasant.
To top things off, a member of our group became sick during the stay, and when we attempted to clean up, the housekeeper was not only unhelpful but also rude and disrespectful โ not the kind of treatment you'd expect in a situation where some empathy would go a long way.
Overall, I would give this stay a 4/10. Poor communication, uncomfortable accommodations, and a lack of professionalism from staff (with one exception) made this a stay we wouldnโt choose to repeat.
