Found a bed bug on the last night of our stay. Took a photo of it for my records but took the bug in a plastic bag to the front desk and informed them of the problem. I took a business card for the manager of the property and called the next day. Left a voicemail message which was not returned. Called again the next day and spoke with a manager who said they were unaware of the problem. I asked if that meant that they had rented the room the next night without investigating the situation and they said they didnโt know. I asked for some sort of financial compensation as there were five of us staying in a 2-bedroom suite so all of us had to immediately wash all clothes and wipe down and inspect suitcases before bringing into our homes. No call back for days. Called three more times and left voicemail messages with no response. Eventually, I saw a credit back on my credit card for around half of the cost of the room for two nights. No call, no apology - nothing. I stay at this hotel twice every year to visit family, we stay in the most expensive room in the hotel. I think I deserved an actual response and to have the entire room comped. I will not be staying there again.

Ok place to stay, big room, but needs updates
Check in was fine, the hotel itself is very large. It really needs updating, that's the best way to describe it. The rooms have old decor and wallpaper. Pieces of the fixtures and walls are starting to come undone. The AC was running, but the room was really humid and stuffy feeling, which made the bedding feel the same. The room was really big with lots of space. The breakfast was different than most places, but it was good. They had stuff for breakfast tacos which was a nice offering.

It was very close to shopping area and movie theater.
I had to get out of my room and hotel to relax because the option I thought I would have to use the hotelโs hot tub was removed because it was a broken pump and the fireplace in the lobby was broken; therefore I had to leave the hotel to relax and unwind.

Worst visit yet.
The room we were given was terrible. Broken sink counter that was โputโ back together. Bathroom was crazy. The hot tubs jets donโt work and kids were in and out spitting and putting boogers everywhere. Unattended kids running the halls and banging on doors. Pull out couch bed was uncleaned. The key card barely work for any door. It take multiple tryโs to gain entry.

Not bad, could use some updates
Hotel was nice, but the counter in our room had been broken previously and instead of replacing it looks like they just stuck it back together with some caulk or grout. It wasn't straight and leaned towards the ground. It looks like they have done some updating, but more is definitely needed. Our room key would deactivate almost after every use and I couldn't get back in from the pool building without going around to the front. The breakfast was nice, but didn't start until 7am, so we had to rush before heading to our 8am soccer game.

We loved our stay here. Great amenities. Perfect sized room for our family. I guess the only criticism would be the property was a bit run down in areas. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here

The breakfast was the best Iโve had at any hotel. Everything was perfect, staff was very friendly, very clean! The only issue for me was that we only had sheer curtains in our room, after a late night out at a wedding reception, the sun came blaring in the window way too early.

The pool area was filthy. There was a black film on the tile around the whole pool and hot tub, the floor was slimy. The "heater was broken" making the pool absolutely freezing and nearly unusable.
One of the staff members was walking around slamming things and yelling at guests during breakfast making the whole morning uncomfortable for everyone. The morning we were leaving, we'd called up the front desk asking for a luggage cart to be brought up to us on the 2nd floor and was told "uhh I mean, I'll try to find someone" and apparently they couldnt because waiting for them almost made us late for checkout. The layout of the building alone was a nightmare to get through. It took a solid 5-7minutes to get anywhere from any point in the building.

Good check in. Nice amount of space in room. Tv didn't work. The noise level from room above was insane. So bad. Old shower that was cleanish but really worn.
