Okay, but not worth the price.
The Inn was actually lovely. The room I was given was next to the elevators which was very noisy. Also, the gaps in the door entering the room allowed a tremendous amount of light seep through at night illuminating the room.
The site also made a mistake on my length of stay. My confirmation had me for two days, but the Inn only showed one night, pulling me out of my conference to handle. Frustrating.

Nice unless you’re in room 101
Hotel and service was good but our room was terrible. Right next to the elevator and front door, it was nonstop noise

Historic Charleston Charm
Great small hotel in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. You won't need your car once there to see a lot of Charleston. Rooms were clean and decent sized. Breakfast each day was really good as well as wine and cheese reception.

Good hotel but Hotels.com should be ashamed.
We were initially a little disappointed in the size of or rooms but they were very comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. The breakfast room was on the top floor and offered a great view of the area.
The only thing I didn’t like was Hotels.com and the complicated ordeal to ask for your price guarantee. This was one of those times when the other booking companies had a much lower price and the didn’t do the reduction without cancellation. This is the third time this has happened and it will probably be the last. I’m ready to use a different company to book in the future.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location and finishing touches. Loved the breakfast and the opportunity to enjoy free local wine, cured meat, cheese and biscuits. A great idea for residents to meet and exchange knowledge of the the area. I would 100% recommend to stay here
