Bien ubicado y cómodo

El hotel está cerca del malecón y del centro, buena ubicación, lugar para estacionarse, calle tranquila. Es un hotel cómodo, tiene alberca, la señorita de recepción muy amable, la de cabello rubio, la señora es poco amable e indiferente. Instalaciones buen, mobiliario cumple.

Reservación engañosa

La limpieza estuvo bien lo único que agregaría es que el aire acondicionado no llega en todo el espacio de la habitación también me sentí engañada en el momento de reservar la habitación porque ofrecía cosas y al final cuando llegué no cumplían las expectativas por lo que yo había decidido reservar aquí en el hotel yo reservé una habitación por la alberca porque tengo niños tenía otras opciones para reservar en otro hotel pero ese me pareció muy bonito pero fui engañada

Es un hotel muy solicitado por lo que nos dimos cuenta, las instalaciones son sencillas. Lo único que si le hace falta es ventilar un poco las habitaciones, donde nos quedamos olía un poco a humedad y una pared ya comienza a caer la pintura por el mismo tema de la humedad Si tienen un poco más de cuidado en ese sentido, sería un mejor hospedaje. Además se agradecería que si ofrecen el servicio con alberca, se tenga llena para que podamos hacer uso de ella.

Worst hotel stay of my life so far.

Booked this stay which was to be a king bed suite. Hotels.com contacted the location, as usual hsppens, and the reservation was confirmed. Oyo Hotel Marías did process the deposit for a king suite per the contract. The balance was to be paid upon arrival. When I did arrive the attendant would not process a credit card payment and demanded cash. That was the start of the breach of contract. This was a nonrefundable booking. Finally get to the room to find 2 double beds and it was not the suite I booked. She made up done excuse that it was double booked by Hotels.com, but then they should not have accepted the contract or charged the deposit if it was already booked. Sure seems like a fraudulent transaction. Then discovered that the bedding was dirty. The first attendant was gone at this point and the new attendant did try to make the situation better by changing the dirty sheets and pillow cases. She did the best she could with the mess. There was dried blood on one pillowcase, and a stain in the middle of the bedsheet from what was probably an amorous encounter by the last occupants. The new sheets weren't much better, and some were threadbare in places. The bed was well worn so not a comfortable sleep at all. Also noticed a squashed cockroach on the wall that had to have been there for a while as it ess all dried out. Oh, and no hot water. Left early in the morning and upon leaving, the 3rd attendant said she'd have someone check. Wasn't going to wait around for that.

No se porque Expedia tiene este tipo de hotel si está en pésima condiciones las habitaciones las pareces húmedas sin colcha para taparse solo la sabanas de cajón de las camas y las camas hasta ruidos hacen parece que estás en un auto hotel, en fin pésimo servicio

Correct pour une nuit

Les + : La chambre est spacieuse et propre, le wifi fonctionne bien, comme la tv. Situé à 5mn à pied du bord de mer. Les - : la piscine n'est pas accueillante, il y a plein de poussière qui flotte à la surface / Il y a un espèce de générateur qui fait un bruit infernal quand les gens prennent leur douche dans la chambre./ Quand je suis arrivé pour faire le check-in, on m'a demandé de payer en cash car soi-disant, le lecteur de carte de crédit ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai insisté, et j'ai finalement payé en carte. / Il faut prendre un taxi pour rejoindre le terminal "ADO", c'est à 4km. Le rapport qualité- prix est mauvais , j'ai trouvé cet hôtel assez cher par rapport aux prestations.

Lleva mi hijo para la alberca y jamás estuvo limpia el agua el mantenimiento nunca se lo hicieron la alberca tenía menos de la mitad del agua y sucia desde que llegamos estuvieron con un taladro haciendo ruido a lo que da hasta la noche , no hay personal que nos apoye para subir el equipaje y realmente están pesado yegar ala habitación ,y la que me tocó estaba limpia bonita ,y no era lo que yo creía en la aplicación porque decía habitación separada entonces creimos que eran dos habitaciones prácticamente lo cual no entonces pues no fue lo que esperábamos pero estuvo bien

La alberca no estaba limpia y la profundidad no era la adecuada, aparte el de recepción muy sarcástico en sus respuestas. Creo que si tiene dos camas matrimoniales podrían entrar 2 adultos y dos niños por el precio de $800 y no cobrar el extra pero bueno
