First time booking with hotels.com I do not think I will do that again. Could not get Hampton points from this reservation. The room I requested was not the room we first got, but a very understanding employee named Mary Ellen helped us out and we finally did get the correct room! I was unhappy about no services in the room for 2 days. No changing towels, no picking up trash, no making the bed. The towels there were very thin. There was a cobweb and a spider hanging in the middle of the room when we entered. Not our best experience

The elevators were not working during our stay. We were notified ahead of time and had an opportunity to cancel the reservation. Despite room being on the second floor, it was not a hardship. The cleanliness of the room, free breakfast and pleasant staff outweighed the inconvenience.
