First time booking with hotels.com I do not think I will do that again. Could not get Hampton points from this reservation. The room I requested was not the room we first got, but a very understanding employee named Mary Ellen helped us out and we finally did get the correct room! I was unhappy about no services in the room for 2 days. No changing towels, no picking up trash, no making the bed. The towels there were very thin. There was a cobweb and a spider hanging in the middle of the room when we entered. Not our best experience

Expedia somehow mixed up my reservation with another guest. Same first name, but different last name. My phone number, but his email. Hotel could not check me in and there is NO WAY to get ahold of ANYBODY at Expedia to get it fixed. Would not recommend Expedia. Will not use them again. 0/10

Front doors locked on arrival. Got to room around midnight and sleep around 130am then 3 hours later someone opened room door banging it into lock then three more times. Then phone rang asking who we are and said no one was listed in the room. Thanks for the horrible sleep!

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Breakfast was good, and had a nice swim at the pool.
