This hotel is a place without many of the things it should have.
1. When we first got the room, the door didn't open with the card key.
Someone came to fix the door, but he couldn't and we were kept waiting without being able to go out.
Also, the refrigerator space was empty and there was no refrigerator installed.
The closet door didn't open either. In short, the room was not supposed to have guests, but they assigned us to it.
2. The hotel does not clean the room daily, so you have to ask for towels when you need them.
When we asked for towels, she said they would bring them right away. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, she still hadn't arrived, so I called again and she said two more minutes.
After that, I called two more times and was told two more minutes each time, but they still didn't bring me a towel for over 3 hours, so I went out dinner. During this process,, the woman at the front desk got annoyed with me.
3. the WiFi is frequently disconnected and very inconvenient to use.
4. There are 2 elevators, but one is not working.
