People were beyond amazing, room was very clean and comfortable except the bed was extremely uncomfortable and had random hills in the mattress making it really hard to sleep.

Had to change rooms due to all locks on door broken or not functioning. Reserved king bed suite, ended up in queen suite. Unfinished areas in the room. Sloppy construction. Not real clean. No plug-ins in bathroom. No hair dryer in room. Amenities weren't the same as listed on website. No breakfast, only snack and packaged food for purchase. We were not impressed, especially with the rate. We were expecting better.

So this property is and has been under renovation it is a very poor job the toilet is way to close the the bathroom cabinet the workman ship is very bad on the remodel. I booked a king sweet with the living room area when I got my room the micro wave didnโt work, the ice maker didnโt work the phone didnโt work and no frying pan in the room, they had to move me to a different room a queen room smaller and not as nice same problems with the bathroom and work done, however the micro wave worked the ice maker still didnโt work, still no frying pan and paper towels were gone had to still them from the other room all and all not well maintained. But over all it worked for what I needed, I was offered if I was a member, points but nothing on the cost of my room and the difference in them as a refund or anything other then an apology and points offered that I never received. I have stayed at this location before and Iโm sorry it is not one of the better ones itโs definitely run down and poor work on the remodel very disappointing

DO NOT STAY HERE! This property is filthy and rude. I paid in full for a King room during a sports trip with my daughter, and upon checking in, I was told I had booked a single Queen room. Not only did I overpay, but the room we got (room 311) smelled like urine and cleaning products, and I asked to switch rooms. They told me none were available and NEVER offered any refund, discount, or even an apology! I suffered for two nights in the room and filed a claim with Expedia to get my money back. Upon several attempts to get a refund, it was denied. I will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel againโFlithy and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They should not be in business.

The person that checked me in was quite pleasant and all downhill from there. The room was dirty, the toilet didnโt flush, the microwave didnโt work and the hand soap was filled with water

There was renovation going on but John at the front desk really tried. First thing there was an odd message on our phone from December. I asked John & he said to disregard. Then, no remote control. John brought us one. Then, we couldnโt flush the toilet and found we couldnโt wash our hands either as there was no cold water. John called maintenance & finally at 10:30 we had cold water. It wasnโt the easiest stay and doubt we stay again but the beds were nice. Thank you John for trying so hard.
