The apartments are well connected with the main area in Gran vía, you have multiple places to get some food and stores to do shopping- also the metro and bus station are just a step outside the building. I think the location is amazing and you have also nice views from the room, which it’s pretty nice. The front desk is in the 1st floor and 24/7, but they don’t have a phone to communicate from your apartment to the reception, you need to go downstairs and it’s a bit annoying. You can leave the luggage if you arrive before the check in or if need it after check out. In general the apartments are in good conditions and clean with enough storage and nice decoration, for long stay they do cleaning every 3 days and it’s comfortable. The only 2 things I didn’t like were: 1. The room it’s pretty cold and you can’t control the electric heater in the ideal temperature if need it, they have at certain degree I think for the whole building and I slept freezing the whole time, which is pretty bad as in any hotel or apartment I have stayed is a basic you can control the heater as desire, isn’t locked. 2. The bathroom has a huge window with view in front of the rest of windows that are part of the main hall of each floor and the other apartments but the curtain is transparent so they can look inside completely even when you are taking a shower, in that way you don’t have complete privacy in the place that obviously you should have it.

Experiencia decepcionante con un cobro de deposito injusto. Me alojé en este hotel en Madrid y, lamentablemente , tuve una experiencia negativa relacionada con el depósito de garantía. Al hacer el check-in, se me cobró un importe elevado con el argumento de que servía como garantia por posible daños duratnte la estancia. Sin embargo, al finalizar la hospedaje, el hotel alegó la existencia de tres pequenõs puntos de suciedad - ago minimo y claramente producto del uso normal de la habitación - y utilizó eso como justificación para retener el depósito. Cuando intenté ponerme en contacto para aclarar la situacion, el hotel dejó de responder a mis mensajes, sin ofrecer ninguna explicacon ni intendo de resolucion. Considero que el cobro fue totalmente injusto, y la falta de comunicacíon por parte de la administración demuestra un servicio poco profesional. Una lástima, porque la ubicacíon y las instalaciones podrían ofrecer una buena experiencia, pero la manera en que gestiionaron esta situacion arruinó mi estancia.

La ubicación es increíble, parada de autobús y el metro a una calle, nos permitieron pasar antes del check in, ya que la habitación estaba lista y el check in es muy tarde a las 4:00pm. El apartamento muy amplio y lindo, tiene vista a gran vía. Lo recomiendo aunque esta limpio falta un poco de detalle los tapices de las paredes del baño están un poco sucios y descuidados, llenos de manchas blancas/pasta dental, y no hay espejo de cuerpo completo como en todos los hoteles/apartamento. Pero es un buen lugar para quedarte en especial en largas estancias y bien ubicado, todo muy céntrico

Room provided didn’t match images, meant to be a suite, got some odd shaped small dirty, depressing dark room. No phone, no working fridge, no tea/coffee, soap and shampoo dispensers empty (found this out when showering), no drinking water, stained lounge - overall awful

Great area close to everything. Even though this property is on a busy street, you dont hear any noise from outside! The hotel has no amenities - its a simple property with hotel rooms but the rooms are so comfortable, have fabulous decor and very quiet. Check in was efficient and the 24 hour staff are professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

Recommend this hotel. Location fantastic. Very clean. The only issue we had was the couch bed was not at all comfortable for kids to sleep on. Otherwise highly recommend and would definitely return.

Easy check-in, parking nearby and great location ! The property was well maintained and provided a wonderful experience for a weekend stay. We booked a one bedroom suite that was spacious, well appointed, meticously clean and with modern amenities. As a Female Solo Traveler, most importantly I felt safe. The check it process was very easy, This room was definitely a whole apartment, i absolutely loved it, you could go to the market and make breakfast, they provided the utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates, dis washing liquid. Etc. They do clean the room every 4 days but that was fine with me, they will give you whatever extra you may need (towels, toilet paper etc), there is no body mirror but that was not a deal breaker for me, main lobby has one. My room had USB port which was super convenient as well as a Bluetooth speaker, iron & ironing board. Entrance, Right on Gran Via bus stops right in front, trains nearby and right by all shopping areas, about a 9 min walk to Mercado de San Miguel. My view was beautiful. The employees were very kind, patient and professional. I will stay here again.
