On arrival, there was no key.
After waiting nearly two hours in my car for this to be resolved, I had to book alternative accommodation.
I heard nothing more from the owner of the property, updating the situation, apart from offering me a refund if I sent him my bank details. This I was not prepared to do and as far as I understand it, is not willing to issue a refund through Expedia.
The location of the property is very rundown, with rubbish and broken glass in the street outside.
I cannot comment on the interior of the property as I could not gain access to the room I’d booked.
This is the first time I have had to write a totally negative review.
