clean but not using posted covid precautions

The hotel itself was fine. Convenient location, safe, good parking, and clean and attractive entrance area. Our room was clean. All common areas seemed clean and well kept. The breakfast area was well cared for by the employee in charge of that. But, if you are looking for virus safety precautions, this is not the place. Although the front door sign asked for masks and multiple signs throughout the facility asked anyone in common area to wear masks, the employees were not wearing masks, with the exception of the employee taking care of the breakfast area. Obviously, since they weren't wearing masks, they weren't enforcing the posted precautions with guests. If that is what is being posted, then I feel that is what I should expect from the facilty.

The first hotel in over a year with hot breakfast! Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Room was huge and clean and overall a comfortable stay!!!

Young man at check in was the fastest I have ever seen. So helpful. Bathroom was bettered that pictured.

***horrible customer service by manager dennis. Talked down to me then harrased me the entire time by phone,text, ane email **over 20 fradulent charges by hotel to my credit card (told me by the fraud dpt of my credit card) After I check in, i get a rude call from the manager dennis trying to charge me extra for my child to swim and eat breakfast (my reservation and upon checking in both said 2 adults and 3 children) * I was harrased by phone,text,and email by Dennis * after calling corporate they offered a 20 percent discount off future stays (like id ever want to come back there after the scolding I recieved from dennis) * hotel was in great shape and seemed to be clean. However being in hospitality, there main focus should be customer service Heres the review youve been paitently been waiting for. Unless you want to be talked down to and recieve tons of fradulent charges, stay away from this dump! Yes yes we know your going to get the last word , dont believe his crap, read the reviews and see how he talks to people on here.
