I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Upon check-in, I was given a room key that didn’t work. I called for assistance, but no one came. After going to the front desk twice, I was simply told to wait for the maintenance team. It was cold outside, and I had to wait 30 minutes before someone finally arrived to fix the issue.
After the maintenance staff unlocked the door, I left to get some food, and when I returned, the key didn’t work again. When I went back to the front desk for help, they told me I could either check out, wait for the maintenance guy to come and fix it, or contact the third-party booking service to request a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Another maintenance worker showed up to fix the issue, and while it was temporarily resolved, the key stopped working again as soon as I closed the door. When I returned to the front desk, I was met by a different staff member who, unlike the others, was polite and friendly. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and advised me to speak with the manager on Monday regarding a refund.
