Nice hotel in great location.
Great hotel in a brilliant location. Delux rooms are well appointed but just lacked storage space as no drawers anywhere and nowhere to store suitcases which therefore makes the room cluttered and cramp. Breakfast was really good with a great selection of hot and cold food. Alcoholic drinks are very over priced but that just means you need to go elsewhere for a drink and there are plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

Hotel has a good location and is brand new so in perfect modern condition. Sadly my first impression of the hotel was ruined by the check in team. Rude and patronising in all aspects of the check in when I didn’t have a QR code after doing the pre online check in.

Everything was okay - just that hotel does not have basic services where they have basic things like having a shaving kit was not present. I expect if hotel is 4 star or so -- they have those in stock or someone can get it for guests where required.

Nice little hotel
We had a weekend stay the staff are very pleasant and definitely make this hotel. Breakfast was ok but we did have to wait whilst we prompted the chef to restock the empty bowls which we didnt mind we just had a short sit down whilst we waited. Fizz friday is definitely a hit. The rooms are clean and new but they are tight on space. Theres not really anywhere to put your clothes away so we lived out of the suitcase for the weekend. Theres an iron and ironing board in the room Im not sure if we took any wrong turns but it definitely wasnt a short 5 minute stroll to the tube station it took us about 20 so we got a cab most days to where we wanted to go and also back to liverpool street A couple of other guests did the same Overall we had a great weekend thank you

Too little room, even for central London for three
Rooms are not designed with three people in mind. Yes, there are three beds but you could hardly move around the room, it was a constant traffic Jane when getting ready to go out. It’s central London and room is scarce, but the location could’ve at least included some well designed storage space- there wasn’t any so our items were everywhere. Only book if you’re a single.

Staff entering despite DND
Despite having the DND sign out staff simply ignored this and entered the room while I was out. I could tell because the room had been made up which I hate. While the room had been cleaned there was dirt in the shower that wasn’t there before, it looked like it was lint from the mop. Hotels where staff enter despite the DND sign are unsafe, let alone the carbon footprint due to unnecessary cleaning so I won’t stay there again, which is a shame because location was great and the room itself was very functional.
