If it weren’t for the outstanding front desk staff — and especially Fern — I would have checked out early and moved to another hotel. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a world of difference during my stay. Fern went above and beyond to assist me and made me feel like a valued guest, even when the situation became unnecessarily stressful.
Unfortunately, my stay was significantly impacted by the way an issue was handled by the operations manager during Songkran. Rather than resolving the matter with empathy or professionalism, their attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful. It left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome, which is not what anyone wants while traveling — especially during a holiday.
