Terrible experience
Super thin walls. You can hear people talking on the street and the next room. The room next door was playing music at all hours VERY LOUDLY, talking an yelling and smoking weed. I had to sleep with headphones on and using white noise. No hot water, gets luke warm at best. When I went to check in at 1:40 pm on a Friday afternoon, no one was at the front desk and the outside door was locked. I almost checked into the neighboring hotel until that clerk checked again and someone was finally at the desk. Then I was informed for early check in, there is an extra charge of $40/hour. I've never heard of this and been all over the world in different hotels. I was also supposed to get some kind of hotels.com benefit but nothing was offered. I am exhausted and upset especially because I complained to the front desk about how loud my neighbors were but as far as I can tell, they didn't do anything.
