Loved the location of this nice little hotel. It’s not a 5 star but has everything you need plus bonus parking that you don’t usually find at many other hotels. Staff are super helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

This hotel is adequate, the staff were helpful, the room is basic and in need of an upgrade but for the price we paid it was ok. A bit tricky to find, tucked away behind a petrol station through a tunnel, but close to London Fields station which was what we wanted. Tea and coffee facilities were in the reception area rather than the room, along with a microwave.

We stayed 3 nights, staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Good location, bus stop is round the corner and London Fields overground is a 5 minute walk away and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the actual hotel isn’t far from the tube transport but it was a bit difficult to find, its right next to a petrol station which helped with locating it, the locking and unlocking of the room door with the key was a bit stiff and the door handle was a bit loose but it still locked and was safe. I would stay again :)

This was a very convenient and reasonable priced hotel for a 1/2 night stopover. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but clean. No breakfast provided but there are plenty eateries in the area , a nice pub - The London fields nearby and a cafe around the corner. The reception manager was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Arrived very late staff about to leave. Entered room. Saw fan was broken but as staff were leaving there was nothing I could do. Room was small. Tv stuck on one channel. No kettle or hot drinks available. Bed very hard and bright lights right outside shore through the curtains which were not blackout. Bathroom stank of mould and damp. Definitely not worth the 83 pounds I spent and will not return

Room had chips off the furniture, and obvious attempts at covering over holes in the wall were unfinished, there was body hairs on the bed and constant banging through the night. The staff were friendly, but we had to pay £20 to park next to some bins, where there was also a homeless person's tent nearby. And apparently there was only one key for our room and we weren't allowed to take it with us when we went out, so they had access to the room and our belongings while we weren't there. Very expensive for what it is. If it had been cheaper, I wouldn't be so annoyed.

Stayed at this hotel the other day. It took 15 mins of ringing the bell to get in. My room booked wasn’t available and only had a room with no window or bathroom. They had to clean communal toilets once I was checked in just to make it acceptable. Room had no towels which I had to go ask for myself I would avoid if anyone is booking in future
