Just perfect

2 night stay at this amazing hotel before we headed down to Lindos. Before we arrived we had lots of communication with George, and he arranged to meet us to assist with our luggage. Check in was the best experience, complimentary drink and lots of help and tips about the area. Clean room and fresh towels daily. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town. Minutes walk from everything but in a quiet little street. Breakfast served in their lovely little courtyard and there was plenty to set you up for the day. When visiting again, we would definitely stay at this hotel. Especially for the location and hospitality. Thank you George.

Fantastic stay and service, we will be back!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish, in a lovely peaceful location just a short walk away from the centre of Rhodes Old Town. The owner arranged a taxi for us from the airport, and we were greeted at the entrance to the old town with a golf buggy to take us and our baggage the rest of the way to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, had great air con, a spacious shower in our en-suite and a very comfortable bed. After getting some food in the town in the evening we were offered a glass of wine each on the house when we arrived back, and there was also a small bar where we had the opportunity to order more drinks if required. We sat in the private, secure courtyard in the evening with our drinks. Breakfast was included and was a great selection of pastries, meats, cheese, salad, fruit, yogurt and cereals, with teas and coffees, all of which were enjoyed in the sheltered courtyard. We were even offered a lift to the port for our ongoing ferry the next morning, we decided to walk through the old town but accepted the offer from George to meet us at the port with our luggage. Overall a fantastic stay and if we are ever in Rhodes again we will not hesitate to stay at Zacosta.

The most attentive, efficient, helpful, friendly and professional host (George and John) we were lucky to have during our stay. The property/room itself is tastefully decorated. We had lovely breakfasts, useful info/suggestion for transport/excursion, amazing help for solving issues and fun rides with the with the golf buggy pick-up/drop-off. A quiet luxury in the old town indeed :)

Ualmindelig god service inkluderende afhentning og tilbud om at blive kørt til forskellige fikspunkter i golfvogn og en regn af gode forslag og anbefalinger om seværdigheder og spisesteder. Zacosta Hotel, located inside the old town, is within walking distance to everywhere. It offers an excellent experience with its cleanliness and quality of service. George and John will help you with anything you need. We had a great time during this holiday with our family and we are very happy.

Absolute perfection

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful gem of a hotel. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and unique. George's warm hospitality went above and beyond starting from the moment he picked us up in an electric golf cart from the ferry terminal and all throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in old town Rhodes and you can walk to so many restaurants, shopping and museums. When we go back to Rhodes Zacosta Hotel is where we'll always stay. I highly recommend spending time here.

Upea kokemus kaiken kaikkiaan. Mitään ei jäänyt puuttumaan. Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla ja kaikki on lähellä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Tilat siistit ja erittäin upeat. Todella tunnelmallinen. George isäntänä otti kaikki vieraat huomioon ja ole todella palvelualtis. Vilpittömästi avulias, kohtelias ja huomioon ottava. Oli kyllä meidän loman kohokohta. We wanted to stay within the old town walls of Rhodes and the hotel was an excellent place to locate ourselves. The staff are amazingly attentive and helpful plus offer the services of their golf cart for pick up and drop off at the bus or taxi stand when departing as the old city alleys are too narrow for cars. The room was clean, well maintained and packed with character as you’d expect in such an old historic building and the addition of a coffee machine was welcome along with complimentary water. Breakfast was continental with plenty of coffee and fresh orange juice on request. I found there was a lack of consistent hot water for the shower in the morning but my partner took them in the evening and it was fine. Loved the breakfast and the only thing I’d add would maybe the choice of omelette or scrambled eggs. I can highly recommend a stay here

My wife and I stayed at the Zacosta Villa Hotel for 4 nights with our 4 year old son during the first week of April, when Rhodes was just reopening after winter. The owner John arranged our transfer from the airport and was on hand to collect us from our taxi stop on his electric golf cart for the short onward trip through the pedestrianised medieval city to the hotel. John and his colleague George were extremely welcoming and in the days that followed we were very well looked after by both of them. George in particular as the “morning guy” was our main point of contact. He oversaw a lovely continental breakfast and was available to provide any tips and help us with planning our stay. He very helpfully provided his personal number so we could ask his help via WhatsApp, and generously researched for us the options for a day trip to Lindos, facilitated a late check out on our day of departure (we were presumably lucky that there was no one arriving to take our room later that day), and booked a transfer back to the airport (with a further ride from John on his cart). The service was flawless and provided with warmth and good humour. They were also brilliant with our young son. The hotel itself was boutique and well decorated, with a large

We were very pleased with our stay and the entire staff was amazing as was the communication, making very easy to find our way there! That alone is worth 5 stars!. However, I was surprised that the breakfast was not a "Full Breakfast" as stated in the property description....It was truly a continental breakfast. Boiled eggs, no eggs cooked to order or anything hot...not evrn a toaster with bread....Maybe this has changed recently because many of the reviews (which caused me to book) raved about the incredible breakfast.....and I think its important for other potential guests to know the reality. Other than that, excellent stay!

Room was spacious. Bathroom was very nice. Location was perfect for visiting the old town and entire area. Nickos was very pleasant and accommodating. The electric cart worked fine on our arrival. Breakfast was very nice out in the courtyard.

Incredible service, beautiful property, great stay

TLDR of this review: Just book this place. You are probably researching lots of Rhodes hotels but this is the one! My partner and I absolutely loved this stay. We only stayed one night and we had the "most affordable" of the suites offered, but it was still excellent. The room is not big, but the amenities, cleanliness, and comfort were 5 stars. The bed was comfy, the Nespresso machine gave us energy in the morning and evening, the towels were soft, the shower felt great (and it had a window in the shower for ventilation, something I enjoy), the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the two staff members we met were very helpful and polite, the room had wooden rafters and an updated air-con...as you can see I could go on and on with everything I loved about this place.
