Bra läge bara en station från Shibuya. Rent och fräscht. Bra rum.

Det var et skønt hotel, som havde en dejlig beliggenhed tæt på stationen. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Dog var vores værelse meget småt, så vi ville nok have opgraderet til et større værelse en anden gang.

We had an excellent stay! The breakfast buffet was a highlight - we enjoyed it all 3 days. Beautiful fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, pastry and bread. The bar in the lobby was a fun surprise as well - great energy. The rooms were very small but that seems typically for Tokyo, and laid out very well/efficiently. We also utilized the service to forward our bags to the next hotel in another city. Very useful. Perfect location next to multiple main train lines. Would definitely stay again!

All is good but since the room has mini kitchen, I was under the impression that the used cups will be cleaned as well when room service is requested. This should be part of it.

The staff was outstanding. Breakfast is special. There is ice cream provided with beer if you wish. Could have used some bottles of water. The location feels safe and is very walkable. Rooms are spacious with space for lounging and even preparing a meal.

We liked how close the property is to Ebisu station which made travel to various areas very easy with the many train lines. Lots of restaurants and convience stores in the area.

It was great. Clean and the ebisu area is great. Right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was good. Drinks were good. People were excellent and the check in was very thorough. All in all a good place.

Super clean room overall (asked for the air conditioning filter to be changed because of dust, but that’s it). The in room laundry machine is a must while traveling. Location super close to the train station and Ebisu is a much quieter nicer area than Shibuya. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Right across for Ebisu station. Excellent breakfast and Refa showerheads in room.

During my stay, I unfortunately suffered a serious fall at a local venue and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. The care and kindness I received from the hotel staff went far beyond what I could have expected. In particular, Niko, Mimari, and Yumiyo were extraordinarily compassionate and helpful. They helped me during a very frightening time, assisted with my extended stay, and even helped me obtain a cane when I was having difficulty walking. Their kindness made an enormous difference to me.
