NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!
Staff are polite & friendly,offers help.However maintenance took a little time to fix problem in the room.Closet creaking badly-quick oil in brackets maybe?The bigger pillow,unusually big & hard -so uncomfortable.Sad coz it's beautifully located.Kids running in the hallway,guests doors kept open & you hear voices echoing in the hallway @ night.There should at least be rules in place for that.Plated food in the stead of breakfast buffet was horrible.Wishing them luck.All in all I appreciated the staff.โค

Inconsistency and miscommunication amongst themselves are gonna hurt their business in the long run. Although we love the hotel and has been going there for awhile, we wonโt be going back
We reserve a room for 4 pax. First day, they made us pay for breakfast because they only give breakfast for 2 pax. So we did. Our 2nd day, we were surprised coz the staff helping us went to the front desk to double check our booking. We were told that we donโt have to pay extra since our reservation is for 4 pax. We told them that they made us pay for 2 pax on our first day. They told us we shouldnโt have coz it shows that our reservation is for 4. They wonโt refund our money.

Slow food service in the restaurant. Very expensive food price but itโs not equal to the value and quality of the food . Same goes to the hotel room price . This is probably a 3 star hotel

The hotel is new and it has great facilities except that food choices at the restaurant are limited because the hotel was recently soft-launched.

While our overall stay was good, there are still lots of things that need to be improved. The hotel may consider the following opportunities for improvement:
1. Considering the facility is on its soft opening, prices for overnight stay could have been not that expensive as if it is already in full blown operation. On top of that, holiday surcharge should have not yet been implemented. In fact, thereโs no wifi yet and shuttle service is not yet available. The breakfast is also plated unlike before (buffet).
2. Toiletries should have been checked prior to guest occupancy. Shampoo was provided upon request.
3. Trash bins should have been provided accordingly. We still requested for trash bin in the CR.
4. Shower drainage was clogged.
5. Service was not that fast. We still need to make a follow up to provide us with shampoo and trash bin.
6. Restaurant menu was very limited and yet we were informed that there is a corkage fee for every heavy meal brought inside the premises.
7. This may be funny but there was a monitor lizard on the ceiling.
8. The socket for the electric kettle was not compatible to the outlet. Good thing we have brought an adaptor for our laptop.
We hope that in our next stay, we can see improvement.
