GREAT Unique Downtown Option!
We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance of Great American Ballpark and this hotel came up. It was an easy few block walk to the ballpark. While there are a couple of interesting food/drink options right by the hotel we passed on those to explore our hotel. A good nightcap from the bar that we could take with us as we explored. The first two floors are an art gallery that was small (it was undergoing some display changes) but interesting. We took our time leisurely strolling in a completely relaxed atmosphere. The hotel itself started with a very friendly and courteous check-in (all of the staff was so pleasant throughout our stay). The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The shower was extremely powerful (seriously it might strip paint) but I'd rather have that than the weak streams we've encountered before. Checkout was simple. Note that parking is either on your own (we parked in an underground lot behind the hotel for about 2/3 of valet) or valet. Also I will say that this feels like a very upscale place (fancy food, chocolate on the pillow, bourbon tasting, etc) but it was also down-to-earth in that there were several others staying there for the baseball game and everyone was pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!! We definitely will again

Hotel ok, but a bit pricey for the quality!
The quality of friendliness when I arrived w/Valet Service was strained @ best. Their customer assistance attitude lacked. After check-out I was told bill would be emailed.
Never received final copy from hotel or Hotels.com. Ended up being on phone a good 1/2 hr, getting the run around from AI support which was no help & finally got a live person to assist. Chances of me staying there again are slim @ best! Personal customer service is being lost thru AI. & My time is as valuable as any hotel's time especially when paying high $ for an o/n stay. Not very happy w/my experience. Seems I paid almost $300 to get a quality run aroundโผ๏ธ

The hotel is a bit lacking in amenities and comfort for the price. For a couple we were given exactly 2 bath towels each day, the room lacks easy countertops or storage, the minibar was broken and had water inside along the bottom, the conditioner bottle was empty (had not been refilled), and there was a strange smell in our room. But the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very large, and the location was good for our needs. The art was very good (I work in the visual arts) and definitely the nicest component of the hotel.

What once was an excellent property (the museum collection is still a bonus) seems to be a bit rundown. Rooms seemed worn and in need of attention. Bathroom fixtures were loose and falling apart.
I was expect much more since they were recently closed for renovations.
They did what I hate the most when booking 3rd party. Stuck me in a handicap room when clearly the facility had other unoccupied rooms. Maybe better rooms are saved for direct bookings.

Great stay!
Very comfy beds, around several good restaurants. Very good customer service, the first room had an awful smell and they switched us with no problems, they were very nice about it.

Our stay at 21C experience was terrible at best
For $597.00 per night , they didnโt have a tv in the bedroom, the bedroom was so dark it was hard to see with lights!! Room service was nonexistent, closed at 9 and out of anything we wanted , the bar couldnโt mix a basic raspberry martini , didnโt have basic common liquors, the coffee was so light we had to order espresso just to make it taste like coffee , it took them 4 tries just to get sugar and by then coffee was cold, bathtub stopper was disgusting and didnโt work, refrigerator had a note on it that it didnโt cool but yet they didnโt bring one that does, we asked for a late check out before we had experienced the horrible conditions and ended up leaving early and they still charged extra for the the two hours late check out that we didnโt use . It was obviously evident that management never goes into routine checks to make sure the facility is up to standards. The room was so dark that it was impossible to see if the carpet was dirty or just dark , the hair dryer made a horrible loud electrical contact noise no matter which plug we tried to use . We tried to use Their coffee machine station but it had two pods even though there was room for four and no stir sticks and the coffee from room service was a worse option as stated before . This is the third try to stay at 21c in different cities with no standout performances but this stay was the worst ever and Motel 6 would have topped them . This the the only time I have rated hotels but I felt a need for guests to know.

The restaurant was amazing, especially Morgan, and all the front desk staff were very patient and helpful!
