The people who work there are amazing!! It was a lovely place to stay, though the bed we had was a but rough and creaky - but besides that, it was a blast to spend time at the Inn.

Historic great hotel

Great hotel. Great location. Great bar across the street. The property is older, it had great service and location, but the beds were not very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. There is also a bar and restaurant on the property, but we did not eat there.

Contrary to other reviewers

Stayed1 night, No AC and no TV (different from confirmation info.) furniture - bad. I paid $119. Suggest Hotels.com remove this vendor from listing. I don't understand how it got 10/10 rating from some reviewers!

The property is very clean. It's very nice. The beds are old and not very comfortable.

I booked 4 nights on the last room available at the Inn. The price was cheap ($98), confirming once again that you get what you pay for. The room sucked big time.

2/10 Poor

Don’t bother

Terrible experience and we didn’t even get to stay. A mistake made by my husband led to the wrong date for the reservation (he made it for a Thursday when it should have been a Friday). It was our mistake but the manager refused to accommodate us even though there was a room available. They got all our money and we got nothing in return. We did not want a refund- just a night stay. And- we insured our stay. Hotels.com said they have nothing to do with the insurance. It was a joke all around. Don’t stay at the hotel and don’t buy the insurance.

This is a very old motel but charges a modern price of $186. The rooms do not have coffee makers, mini fridges and hotel restaurant does not open or offer coffee until 8 am. Broken reading light next to my bed was reported shortly after check in but never corrected. Listen, I understand this is a tiny fishing town in a difficult area to find workers but I wish they would put out some effort. We stayed in a better motel last year for $120 but it was full of fishermen ( opening weekend) this year.

Bridgeport Hotel is a yes!

It was a great stay in an over 100 year old hotel. It was decorated in traditional 1800s antiques and wallpaper and was a comfortable room.

Great place to stay close to Yosemite national park. Nice, clean, quiet, very friendly staff. No refrigerador in the room, but front desk person put our food in their main refrigerator. Breakfast for purchase. Great historical inn!
