Absolutely terrible

The room was terrible. The beds were uncomfortable. The showerhead sprayed so wide it soaked the whole bathroom and the toilet seat. The sink faucet was loose and the spray on that was so wide that it sprayed all over the counter and the front of you when used it the air conditioning did not work. They offered us a plug-in box fan to use that was also broken. There was a couple rooms down from us people that were buying drugs. The overhead lights in the room would not shut off when we asked the front desk about it. She said well there’s nothing I can do about it very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Highly recommend do not stay there.

Serviceable and convenient location

Why are there two remotes in the room? One was needed to turn on the tv and adjust volume, and the other was needed to change channels. Why was there a forklift parked in front of my room? Why no coffee available on Monday? Staff was responsive and room was nice enough and the location was conveniently located (near the freeway). Nothing terrible, but there is room for improvement.

Check in time

The staff did their best they said several employees called in saying that they would not be at work. We arrived exhausted and just wanted to go to our room it was almost 4 pm and check in time wads 3pm by 5pm I said we need to go to our room they said they were washing the blankets we said we didn’t care and when the blankets were ready we would make our own beds then there was no air conditioner on they said the weather had been cool but we are used to air conditioning and that’s what they advertised the phone did not work that meant a long walk to the office as we are both handicapped we decided to let it go The people in the next room were so loud all through the night.I will mention that the staff were nice and were trying their best

Don’t stay here

No air conditioning in our room. No screen in the window so couldn’t leave window open. Tv broken. I would have been more comfortable cowboy camping in the parking lot.

Vacation stay

Good for a no frills hotel. Customer service was ok. We booked over a month ago. Checked in hotel in the evening and was told there was only two rooms left either one with no cable connected or one that had a bucket for a water leak. We chose no tv. The room was clean. Bed was ok but could feel and hear springs pop up on bed when I moved. The no tv was an inconvenience but I'll live. I need a discount for next time!

Dont go there

My nephew was kicked out and locked out of the room because he didnt have ID on file in the office. The rooms floor had dirt on the the top sheet they put over the blanket instead of a cover was dirty on both beds. The remote was missing for the tv channels had to call front desk for one. Prepaid for 2 nights and only stayed in the room for less than7 hours. Asked for a refund and was told no refunds. Even though the person who kicked my nephew outta the room and locked it was rude as all heck. Oh and also NO COMPLIMENTAL BREAKFAST OR BUFFET at this motel even thou the booking said it did and i showed it cause they were acting like i was a liar. Not happy with this establishment.

It was a decent stay. It is right I-5 freeway and lots of choices to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. A few maintenance items for the room needed addressing. A bedside light bulb was out. The cable on the TV would not come on the first night. The bathroom door hinges need adjusting, the door would not close. The door to the room had no weatherstripping around, the cool air at night seeped in. For the amount of time we spent in the room, the price was right. We slept there and went out during the day. We would consider staying there again during the summer when the outdoor pool is open

Not terrible

At first the location looked sketchy but turned out not too bad. Staff was very helpful and kind. Bed was comfortable. Door did not seal very well and allowed light into the room. Overall for a quick stay it was okay. Wouldn’t stay more than a few nights.

Okay for a quick stop. Don't expect much.

The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes it made it really hard to breath. You can also hear EVERYTHING in the rooms around you. But it was a convenient location to stop to sleep on a road trip.
