The lodge room accommodations are severely outdated and very uncomfortable. Only one staff member was nice and seemed to want to help or even be there.

Room with a view

Pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. In many historic park lodges the rooms are small and noisy, this one was large and quiet. The charming character of the lodge was welcoming and the food in both the lounge and dining room was excellent.

I wish I hadn’t booked this room

There was no air conditioning. Lights were on outside window all night lighting up the entire room even with the curtains closed. I could hear neighbors open pill bottles, zipping/unzipping suitcases, babies squealing way down the hallway. Big crack around connecting door to the next room 2” at bottom. No tvs. Sounds echo off of all the hard floors. Bathroom floor and dink were dirty. Outside was beautiful!

Das Hotel ist ein typisches Nationalpark Hotel, teuer und sehr schlechte Qualität. Die Zimmer sind laut, da man durch die Türen und Wände alles hört. Wir hatten noch dazu ein Zimmer zur Straße und Bahnstrecke was zusätzlichen Lärm verursachte. Das Bett war durchgelegen und das Bat hatte eher etwas von einer Nasszelle im Camper. Das Personal am Empfang war nicht motiviert und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein verwohntes Hotel bei dem man nicht auf die Sauberkeit und Wohnlichkeit achten darf. Preis /Leistung passen überhaupt nicht. (Leider bei Hotel.com mit über 8/10 absolut überbewertet).

Great fun hotel

Very cute hotel. Its a little loud at night as the floors are hard wood. I loved the traditional hotel but it did feel clean and somewhat updates. Minimal counter space in the bathroom though made it a little tough to get ready. Good entertainment in the great hall and just a very relaxing safe atmosphere. Felt comfortable letting the kids wonder around and they had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids. Puzzles around and live music in the evening. Unique experience; I would definitely go back again.

She’s a gem

This is a historic lodge. It is beauty. We were in the “annex”. The only complaint is the room above us was noisy. Every step, every chair movement and conversations were noisy. I don’t think there is any way to avoid it without compromising the charm of the vintage setting

Loved this old gem!

We loved Glacier Park Lodge. It’s over 100 years old, so if you like fancy and modern, this isn’t for you. However, everything was clean, quiet, and beautiful. The staff is more than helpful with travel stuff. Highly recommend.

The lobby was awesome. The people at the front desk were great and very helpful. Room was eh. Needs updated. Lumpy uncomfortable bed. No AC or tv. For the price of the room and what we apent on dinner and breakfast, i would expect a nice mattress

Rustic but beautiful old hotel

Beautiful old historic hotel. No tv, air, etc but that is ok. Beautiful scenery and location. Lobby is awesome. Restaurant was disappointing for the price. Would stay again just for the experience. Rustic rooms.

Stay at this Lodge you want a rustic experience

Be prepared for no elevator and tipping a bellhop to carry your luggage up the stairs. No modern conveniences in the room and WiFi was spotty. NO TV. Two beds, a desk and two chairs. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Only six hangers in the closet. People over six feet will have to bend over to take a shower. Windows too high for a 5' 5" person to see out of. Public spaces classy but what you would expect for a 110 year old lodge. Two nice but expensive restaurants and the ambience was nice. The deck off the Great Hall was welcoming and a great place to relax. In front of the huge fireplace was a good place to take a nap, as we saw many people doing so. The sky bridge was always busy during the evening with people playing games.

We loved the nostalgia of the lodge and appreciated the customer service by the Bellman and the front desk. The room was very scarce , No chairs to sit on no couch and the room was large enough to accommodate it for the price that we . The space had absolutely no amenities.

Bellissimi gli spazi comuni e il ristorante dove si può cenare e fare colazione. Parcheggio gratuito nella struttura. Hall enorme con camino incredibilmente grande e scenografico. Negozi di souvernirs all'interno. La camera per contro era decisamente spartana e non valeva assolutamente il prezzo pagato. Bagno piccolo e vecchio. Doccia piccolissima.

The history in this hotel is amazing! There is information posted about it's beginnings and the staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I saw the Aurora for the first time there! If you have a chance, stay there! The views can't be beat.
