Had a great stay in a very clean, esthetically pleasing, very cozy room with a kitchenette. I would absolutely book this hotel again. I would also highly recomend others to enjoy this lovely place on cape cod. Affordable, safe and clean!

Good location for Cape Cod
Continental breakfast was provided, the facility was completely out of soap for sinks/showers for our 3-day stay, and the a/c unit in our room was completely dysfunctional. The room was spacious, parking was conveniently in front of our unit, pool looked to be permanently out of service. The facility seems to need some general improvements but it was satisfactory for us.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, nice bathtub, great breakfast! Wish there was accommodations to get luggage up the stairs. Hard to do at 68! Next time I’ll insist on bottom floor.

Comfortable and relaxing stay at the Inn. Could park at the door of the accommodation. Easy access to wash and dry clothes. Fridge and microwave, so could eat a meal in when needed. Breakfast options included a lovely and light Bundt cake, in addition to cereals, bread, meat, eggs, cheese and posterities.

First appearances are great; the outdoors are well kept and the cabins are cute. We were a group with 3 rooms and we all had issues. Two rooms had fridge leakage problems and warped floors so it's been happening a while. One person had to be moved due to a problem with the key card door entry and the new room had not been cleaned - dirty, excessive number of spiders, no a/c, etc. Because it was booked on Expedia, the Innkeeper was reluctant to give some kind of refund for all the hassle. One of the rooms was unlocked when we came back from our day out - repairman had gone in and not re-locked it. or fixed the problem. Only one room had soap and the front desk did not have any so we had go out and buy soap! I felt bad for the young lady at the desk, she tried to handle the problems kindly but there was no solution. Rest of the staff was not as friendly. Breakfast was decent- a nice selection of yogurt, fresh fruit, premade french toast and waffles to heat up, etc. and a really good granola. The rooms were a nice, comfortable size but the space could have been better utilized to make staying there "easier". More shelf/counter space in bathroom, a bench or rack for 2nd suitcase, etc. So, it didn't quite match up to the reviews; thankfully it was just a short stay for us.

I stayed with several other people in 3 different rooms. We all had problems with our rooms. Either the door wouldn't lock when you left the room, or it was difficult to get it to unlock, there were problems with a lack of usual toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.). While all fridges had freezer compartments (a big plus!), one was so full of ice buildup it could not be used. Probably hadn't been defrosted in over a year. The property is great, the rooms quaint and attractive. Just appears to be very poor maintenance on all rooms.

We liked it so very much - a very charming place to stay. Things we liked included: black out curtains that worked; a 36"ish square table with two comfortable chairs; a comfortable arm chair; many plugs; a nice tv with many channels; good lighting; good water pressure; a hot water kettle with organic instant coffee and name-brand tea bags. Additionally, the breakfast room had many choices in a charming setting and we liked being able to park right in front of our room. Places for some improvement: surge protectors for anything near the bed and for the refrigerator and water kettle; ledge near mirror needs attention as it is loose; same for the locking door chain. The internet was available but stated it was "unsecure" when we logged on. To get a more secure internet connection there would be an additional fee. Again, that being said, we enjoyed being there at the Sandwich Inn & Suites.
