Upon arrival - everything was very pleasant , hotel was very clean . I took my bags to my room went back to job site l was on . Return to hotel late & went to sleep. Woke up at 4 AM to shower and return to To job site. Only to find out we had no hot water I notified desk. They said they had notified management and they would working on it. During checkout, I asked how long the water had been out. They said only last night during the night, but wouldn’t give me any credit because I was unable to shower and prepare for work. My job site keep me in town another night. I called the hotel again around 8:30 PM to see if their water was back on, I was informed yes it had been on since 9 AM. Upon arrival, the same kind gentleman that had checked me in the day before was on duty. I asked him how long the water had been out and he had said it was out when I checked in at 1 o’clock yesterday that immediately made me upset that they allowed me to check into a hotel that had no running hot water, especially when they knew it was a business trip, I do not blame the staff for their only allowed to tell us what management allows them to say but I think it’s very poor when you know your hotel is for whatever reason it’s 24 hours 10 hours two hours and not be upfront with your customer hot water is a pretty big deal in a hotel
