WiFi was not clear. All the cabin below info says free wifi- but in real life only available on lodges. We left 1 day early due to no WiFi -
Itโs crazy to say weโre dependent on WiFi due to kids with disabilities. My boy is disabled- having wifi is a way to communicate and for safety. You guys need to update that section on booking . Remove the word free wifi. If we have known no WiFi we did not booked any of your cabins

Our cabin was quite small for 4 people. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The bedroom was too small, almost claustiphobic with walls on 3 sides. But it was very clean and utensils and pots and pans available. Only one pool was open and the store closes before 5:30. You have an extreme uphill/downhil climb to get to the pools. Most sites are secluded so it was very quiet campground.

Not a great Value.
We reserved a Cottage and when we checked in they only gave us a Cabin. No A/C! They don't seen to want to help much if you are not a Thousand Trails member. The pillows in the cabin are way to FAT and no one would want to use them.
