Day2: AC not working. I can’t change its temperature or turn it off/on. Staff came to cut off the AC electrical loop at 00:15am. Another AC in the living room was very noise. Attached photo.
Day 3: staff didn’t empty the trash bin after the room service. Attached photo.
Day 7: the room’s alarm super loud beeping around 3am to 5am during the sleeping. I’ve recorded the noise videos, but this review couldn’t allow me to upload videos. I called the front desk staff to report the issue and he changed my family to another room around 5am. For example, if it’s a real fire alarm, that day might cause casualty, but the front desk staff didnt do anything except changing my room. What about other guests’ lives?
Day8: we came back to hotel around 10pm and found the room alarm was still beeping. Obviously, no one fixed the noisy alarm during the day time. At 11:45pm, my family with two poor little kids had to be moved to another room. Around 12am, I came to the hotel corridor and met ladies at neighbors’ room screaming and someone shouted to call 911. I also took some videos, unfortunately, the website won’t allow me to upload them.
Day 9: I made a complaint to the front desk unsuccessful as the day was Saturday and the manager was not onsite. The front desk staff directed me to complain to Hilton customer service 800-548-8690. I made a phone call and sent the emails and evidences to guest.correspondence@hilton.com We’ll see how Hilton goes and I’ll keep it updated on my social media.
