Unexpected Visitor at Midnight
I'm a single woman and this was the first time I stayed the night alone in a hotel for a Leadville race I was doing the next morning. I was horrified when 2 men tapped on my door and proceeded to let themselves in at 12:30am. I said "hello?!!" and they walked back out but didn't even shut the door all the way. I had to get up half dressed to close the door. Spent the rest of the night propping furniture against the door and the connector door. There was no chain on the door. I'll never stay there again.

Best service!
We enjoyed staying here. The room was clean, beds were comfortable; exactly what we needed. The location was perfect. We were accurately instructed how to check in and where to check in since that is a separate location from the room. Our Bellhop, Connor, was absolutely the best person to help us get our belongings from the car to our room. All the employees were very professional and helpful. The only challenge we had was being able to 'cart' our personal belongings FROM the room to the parking garage after the stay since we chose to do that on our own and not call the bellhop, although he was available. (He actually saw us walking after we checked out and gave us a ride back to Village Center...great staff!) Nice view of the pond! We will stay here again!

Too many screw ups.
1) East bldg is not a good location. Difficult access to parking garage.2) No AC in all units at copper village. 3) Checkin was a mess with a promise to text us when the room was ready. No text arrived because desk clerk copied down the wrong ph #, so we had to trek all the way across Copper to get to the check in desk and ask why no text was sent. Overall, enough of a poor experience to look for another hotel the next time we visit.

Great location
Great location in center of village. Ski locker provided on ground floor. Room is clean and furnished well. Parking garage is across the street 100m walk. Expedia didn’t bother to inform me that checkin location is in a separate building across the village, and checkin was slow. They check in for all resort properties there so expect to wait.

Cancelled flight
Solid hour wait for the airport shuttle to pick me up & he actually drove by me twice. Therefore, arrived at hotel too late to use pol, but it looked inviting. Local area a but sketchy but room very clean & comfortable

Clean But Dated Room
My room at Village Square at Center Village was just fine. I needed a place to shower and sleep for a weekend of hiking, and the room was perfect for that. The room is not fancy, and while dated, it was clean. Parking is not located at the building, but in a ramp about 50 yards away .... this did not bother me, but it may bother others. I would give this place a solid "ok."

I was very disappointed. The room was not what it was represented as on your website. I read that I had booked a room with a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and it had a fireplace. I had imagined a condo like atmosphere (& the pictures reflected that) The room was nothing more than...a room. No stove, no fireplace, small dorm fridge. It was very claustrophobic for 2 people! The room was clean, but not what we were expecting at all. I really feel like we were misled by the description & we would have booked otherwise had I known how tiny the room was
