I got an email the day before check-in, letting me know that my condo reservation was canceled. The email looked very strange (like a scam), so I didn’t respond. When I got there, it was in fact canceled. The nice gentleman at the front desk at Worldmark could not help me, but tried his best. I ended up calling Hotels.com and spent over two hours on the phone with them. It was super frustrating and they could not clearly explain to me what the issue was. The ended up moving us to a different place with two hotel rooms, which is not the equivalent of a two bedroom condo with a full kitchen and living room and washer dryer. After driving all day long, it was extremely exhausting and frustrating. They should have let us know more than one day in advance.
