I pickled this hotel for 2 reasons: (1) the type of room, and (2) the continental breakfast. I will not stay here again. Our first morning there we went downstairs for breakfast. It was 8:45 a.m. and breakfast was being served until 9:30 a.m. I assumed there would still be plenty of options available at that time. It was horrible! There were 2 lines of people down the corridor waiting to serve themselves and waiting to make a waffle. The trashes were overflowing and there was no where to sit. People who were able to still get whatever food was left were going back up to their rooms with it. The staff did not and was not replenishing anything. We were lucky to have gotten a cup of coffee. The coffee ran out halfway through my pouring it. In addition, there were only 2 entrees available to choose from; an egg and a meat. It was just disgusting. We left and walked to a restaurant that was a few hotels down. The hotel also charged us $22.00 a day for parking. I was ok with it when I booked the hotel because I assumed it was a security type parking structure...nope, it was an open parking lot. What a ripoff. This place is absolutely horrible. There are plenty hotels on this area...do yourself a huge favor and stay at one of the others. I didn't think to take a picture of the scene for posting.

Bad experience on this trip . Front desk staff were really rude , we had the issue with service dog . They wanted to charge money for him . Ridiculous

Understaffed & disappointing
This โhotelโ is terribly understaffed, with real effects on the service and cleanliness. We check in and they tell us here is no housekeeping. Huh? What started as a precaution during Covid has turned into a way of cutting costs and increasing corporate profits. The corridors smelled musty and carpet needed vacuuming. There were bags of trash in the corridors. Couch in our suite was stained. We had to make the trundle bed ourselves. Breakfast offerings were sup-par, the trash was overflowing, and was left unclean after it breakfast ended for some time.
Marriott used to be a good brand of mid-range hotels, but now itโs become synonymous with poor service and lack of attention to detail. After this experience I am going to stay away from Marriotts forever.

That staff were amazing! The room was clean and bed was comfortable! Highly recommend!
