We had several problems with our room. The room had two dining chairs, but no comfortable chairs for relaxing. The doorknob had a simple lock with no deadbolt, not secure. Weird thing was the patio door had a deadbolt. Our shower head had a crack and before we realized it water had sprayed over the shower curtain and completely soaked the entire bathroom. My husband went to the office to let them know and get towels because all the ones we had got soaked. The maid came up, handed me new towels, took the old towels, but didn’t clean up the rest of the water, so I had to use a new towel to do that. Someone came and put on a new shower head which didn’t leak, but also had very little pressure. The worst thing was our last night. In the wee hours I woke up to a loud vibration sound. I thought my husband had left the bathroom fan on, because it was very loud, but it was off. My husband said the noise started around 1:00am. We decided the room below us had left their fan on because the floor of our bathroom was vibrating from the noise. We got little sleep due to the noise. The person at the desk apologized in the most unsympathetic tone of voice. She said she couldn’t help that they left it on. I replied that if the fan worked properly, it wouldn’t have kept us awake. She said we’ll take care of it. That was our last night, so I have no idea if they will fix it or not. I requested a call from the manager in an email, but still heard back.
Great location and comfortable bed
