It was a terrible experience. The housekeeping is a mess. Many stains were on a bed cover. The staffs treated us as "hanger" thieves, wasting 1 hour of our last day in Bali for nothing. Even we missed prepaid guided tour.

At the 1st night, we found countless stains on the bed cover. Most are purple and some are large yellow circles, really disgusting. We called a staff to check and it was changed.
BTW it was weird that only 2 bathrobe hangers were in the bathroom, nothing in a closet. We just ignored it since we thought it's not a big deal. But when checking out, the staffs insisted we're thieves for hangers! What really upset me was their attitude. For the first 20 minutes, they just hold us without any notice. They kept us waiting for another 40 min ignoring us, although we explained there were originally two and allowed them to check our luggage if they wanted. They didn't take actions until we strongly complained and requested how to compensate our time if it turned out we're not thieves. The only action they've taken is to call a restaurant chef who is not in charge of housekeeping. The chef let us open our luggage and go. In all this and until now(it happened a week ago), they did not apologize at all.
FYI, We have lots of hangers at home and I don't even remember how their hangers look like! We spent not a little money on this hotel having two dinners at hotel's restaurant.
