We stayed during Songkran. when you book here. The room is just too small and lack of power outlets. It wasn't even clean and all the facilities were old but I'm not that sensitive at these kinds of matters so these were okay. The reason why I'm writing this review is the staff. I know it's also my fault but I was drying my clothes on the balcony(rather just a fence at a window) every night since there were so many wet clothes(you know, songkran) and AC wasn't so powerful. One night my training shorts were dropped to the floor and staffs found them for me. They were helpful enough. But the next day, I realized that one of my clothes fell on the ground again. It was a very cute new shirt, which I wore only once. This time I could even see that it's on the ground so I went to the reception and asked where I should go to pick it up. They said the gate to the backyard is closed cause it's late so I should come back the next morning. They somewhat seemed to be even bothered when I asked for help but I was like whatever. The next morning, staffs were even more unfriendly and they didn't show any efforts to help me. They didn't even pretend to help. They just kept saying if it's not there, they can't find it. And when I went to the backyard, my cute shirt was gone. They weren't even bothered to call housekeepers to ask if they've found any clothes in that morning. That was so frustrating and I was very unhappy with their service.
