Have stayed here a few time throughout the but wont ever book here again. The bathrooms were nasty toilets clogged one two of the bathrooms were some what clean.

Cabins are great and clean. Bathrooms were hit or miss. The staff were great at cleaning but since this is a family resort, some families kids didn't teach them how to not destroy the bathroom with poop 💩

The staff at the front desk were lovely, however the lobby itself and the common areas of the hotel were run down and smelly. Our beds were fine and the room was fine as well. The bathroom was tiny though. The waterpark and amenities that are included are awesome!!

The stay overall was fine. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were tidy. I was unimpressed with the check-in. They were short with explaining things didn’t seem too friendly. Had to call and see where the different parks were located as they were not explained at check-in.

Great fun for families!

We loved all the activities that were included with the stay! We swam in the indoor pool the night we arrived and went to the water park the next day. Everything was included and aside from paying $2 for grippy socks for our kids we didn't have any extra expenses. The room was comfortable and our kids loved the bunk bed.

Staying at Natura Treescape Hotel is decent. We have stayed at this location two times now. We were certainly hoping that they had renovated this property or at least updated, that’s not the case at all. The Lagoon is great, the main reason for staying again. You are able to park and enter free of charge to Land of Natura as it’s included in your stay. Land of Natura is great. However, keep in mind that EVERYTHING has a cost!
