en primero dia me dar una habitacion a mi lleno de cucaracha y subido hasta en mi cama..como tengo tanto miedo que..por lo tanto...me ha cambiado a otra habitacion en otro planta que algo mejor sin cucaracha.

STAY AWAY! Our family arrived after a very long journey to be shockingly refused check in at the last minute at late night in a foreign country with four young children and two large taxis of luggage! While we waited in the hallway for hours for basic information from staff we saw many cockroaches and a rat there!
Afterwards, we spent two days on the phone, long distance, with Expedia waiting to be rebooked elsewhere.
A most horrible experience! Donโt let it happen to you too.

Hei !
Jeg hadde som kjent en booking med overnatting pรฅ Om Guest House i Hong Kong fra lรธrdag 20 Januar til sรธndag 21 januar.
Da jeg kom dit ville representanten pรฅ Om Guest House ikke vite av bestillingen min, Han sรฅ han fant den ikke. Og her er det allerede fullbooket.
Men heldigvis hadde jeg tatt bilde av bestillingen pรฅ min mobil som jeg viste han. Der stod jo bestilling dokumentert og at jeg hadde betalt. ( confirmed )
Etter vel 20 minutter fant han bookingen min litt motvillig. Men han sa de var overboket og han ikke kunne gjรธre noe med dette.
Jeg svarte han at han hadde bare med รฅ fikse et hotel da jeg hadde en bestilling som allerede var betalt. At det var overbooket er ikke min feil.
Etter mye om og men sa han at jeg mรฅtte komme igjen om noen timer , sรฅ skulle han se.
Jeg gikk ut noen timer for sรฅ og sรฅ komme tilbake. Rundt kl 16 pรฅ ettermiddagen fikk jeg et rom/kott som OVERHODET ikke var det jeg hadde bestilt og betalt for. Dette rommet var uten vindu og gulvplass pรฅ knapt 1 m2. Dette var veldig dรฅrlige greier. :-( Jeg hadde bestilt et stรธrre rom med vindu, det fikk jeg ikke. Skal jeg forsette รฅ bruke Hotels.com mรฅ jeg kunne stole pรฅ at jeg fรฅr det rommet jeg har bestilt og at jeg fรฅr det noelunde pรฅ tiden.
Slikt som dette skal ikke skal skje.
