Our room was perfect. The bed was comfortable, water pressure excellent for a nice shower, breakfast was delicious and filling. We enjoyed our short stay and wish we could have stayed a couple more nights.

Caroline is a wonderful innkeeper. Be aware the B&B is located in a historic property with its associated quirks! Short walk to downtown.

The room was smaller than expected but totally acceptable. This was a very clean and well maintained bed and breakfast in a quiet location. The innkeepers were very helpful and pleasant to interact with.

Not very easy to contact staff. Had to knock on the private door since there was no bell to use for repair needed. The staff did get things taken care of in a timely manner.
The Breakfast was great and the tea time with cookies were good.

We had the king suite room# 14. The view was great however the A/C was broken so it was hot. They sent the carpenter to fix it but needless to say he couldn't. Nice guy though.I had to open the windows and listen to loud people under the window until after midnight. There was a very bright floodlight on the adjacent building that made it like daytime all night. The pillows were 12 inches thick. I didn't sleep much at all. Very disappointing for $427.00.

Wonderful place. Had a room without a bathroom. It was very small, but comfortable for 2 with minimal luggage.
