When we arrived there were only 2 guest cars. We were an hour early for check in but we had an activity scheduled at check in time. When I inquired about possibly checking in an hour early I was told that it would be an extra $25 per room. For what? There were no amenities we were using. Also was put on the second floor with no elevator. This was fixed to the great inconvenience to the staff.

Breakfast was great. Checkin was smooth. The only thing that bothered us was the open can of twisted tea under the bed I kicked and spilled on me. The shower could have used a better cleaning as it had several hairs left over. The toilet seat was not tightened down and chipped around the edges.

The beds were great! Exercise room-nice to have dumbells.However, they were out of 1st floor Rooms and there is NO ELVEVATOR-my 87 year old dad was not too pleased. Asked for house keeping to come in during a 2 day visit and they did NOT come in, despite confirming the instructions the morning of the second day.
