I reserved a room with two queen beds on 4/16 for a stay on 4/27. Upon my arrival I was informed that the hotel had an overbooking issue and that I would be getting a king bed and not the two queen beds I had requested. If I had wanted a king bed I would have requested a king bed. I asked why I hadnโt been informed of this issue prior to check in and was told โI donโt knowโ. In addition to not getting what I reserved I also paid more for the two queen beds and was not offered a refund for the difference. In addition to my frustration about the bed situation the toilet was also only working every three or four flushes. There are several other hotels within walking distance of this property. When visiting the area next time I will make sure to stay elsewhere.

Service desk staff were very friendly. Issue was while opening the blinds to my room, the metal cover at the top of the shades fell off and hit me in the head cutting me above my eye and causing me to start bleeding and my head is still sore today. I understand things happen and reported the issue to the front desk. I see it as more of an obligation to report since it is a safety issue. I am lucky it didn't cut me right in my eye. They are lucky it hit me and not a child or elderly person whom could have been hurt really bad. I hope the incident report is taken seriously so nobody else is put at risk and hopefully all the other rooms are checked for safety concerns. If it would have hit one of my children or spouse, I wouldn't be as nearly as kind as I am. Overall the staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable except for the incident.

Check in was awful! I booked a 2 bed room with having me and my wife and our 2 boys for a baseball tournament and when we go to check in they tell us they switched our room to a 1 bed room because they overbooked the 2 bed rooms and there was nothing they could do about it and acted put out when i asked why and said that what they're putting us in doesn't work with having 4 people and said well it has a pull out bed. Worst customer service! No discount and wasn't offered anything for not getting what i booked and acted offended when I asked for a discount for not getting what I booked.

Wasn't the right place. Even though it was the same hotel chain, they wouldn't switch places. I ended up paying double. 2 rooms at the wrong place and 2 rooms where i stayed.

The sofa and the bed were in horrible shape. Something like your would expect to find in a Motel 6. The most uncomfortable stuff ever.
The staff wasnโt very concerned about customer service. No WIFI for the first 8 hours which nobody could tell us why. Just not a noteworthy experience
